strange?

hi guys, about a month ago as i started my car it would rev irratically and then cut out but evetually would calm down and drive fine. i took it to a garage and they put it down to the coilpack so i changed it for a new one and all was fine, However recently its been playing up about once a week and tonight as i drove home the coilpack light was flashing but was extremely dim and it lacked in power slightly. what should i do? replace the coilpack? plugs? ht leads?

just started the car to move it each time i started it the rvs went crazy and cut out. anyone know what it could be ive already changed the coilpack once and now its just the same symptons?
