Stripping bits out.....

So far to my car I have removed:

Rear seats
Boot carpet
Rear carpets
Isofix bar and cover
Rear 3 seatbelts
Some random plastic bits.

Was just wondering, will it be worth removing the rear door cards and parcel shelf supports? From playing with them today to remove the seatbelts they don't seem to weight much, so I'm thinking may as well leave them in?

Also, does anyone know how much a front seat and subframe weighs in at?

Bit off topid but when you have your car stripped where do you store stuff that you don't want on show? i.e. if you've been shopping or something?
