Strut Bar...

Guys,

I own a latest Clio 1.4 16V P2.5 and I want to install a strut bar. Will the strut bar from OMP fit my Clio?

Can someone pls point me to the correct direction. Thanks in advance.

i think it does, im not sure though. Aparently, it can push against the bonnet

Thank you very much and appreciate your reply fred , but I do need a confirmation. I really dont wish to have the OMP strut bar shipped to me in Singapore then find out it cant fix into my Clio. I just hope someone who actually got it installed into their P2.5 Clio to confirm it can be done.

OMP make a front strut brace for both the 172 and 1.4 clios. The one with the bonnet problem is the 172, 1.4 strut brace is shaped differently and will NOT have a problem. Otherwise you can go for another brand like Sparco or Wiechers Sports which is made from aluminum.

sorry KKChan, I dont think they have a website. Ive seen the Wiechers Sports Brace in a shop in HK, Both Front and Rear requires drilling to the body.

thanks...its ok, I have just placed order for OMP strut bar MA1816 from Need for speed...hopefully can fit inot my Clio 2 1.4L 16v.
