strut measurement

hi

wonderin if anyone can help me? i know on the mark 1 phase 2s there are 2 meausrements for your suspension, 54mm and 52mm, which i think is the measurement between the bolt and strut i think?! Can anyone take a pic and highlight where i have to measure pls?
