Well one less anyway. Rarest Subaru Impreza ever made?

Massive following and still commanding circa 25k? Not bad for a decade old car...

Field/Fence yeah.

Pssenger side has a lot of damage aswell.

Fence post missed the passenger by 2 inches after going through the windscreen. Managed to rip the top of the passenger seat cover.

Import mate, wasn't sure on the info on import/uk models actually.

50 grey imports and 16 blue UK versions iirc?

Not sure on exact figures, but UK cars are RARE.

There was one produced in white from the factory as the Prodrive development car for the UK cars IIRC. That sold for silly money a few years back.

Ouch. Shame, obviously written off, beyond repair though?

Why is the cossie all dusty? Or is that just the picture?

Beyond economic repair I'd bet.

My gf's dad had a carpark bump in his Legacy s401 STI, it ended up being better to sell for breaking.
Almost everything on it was unique and had to come from Japan. It over £2k for the front bumper alone.

It might be a write off. Insured for circa 20k and wasn't the best example.

The van is a J van iirc really really old thing.

Cossie has just been restored by us recently. Engine is a beast tbh. Will get more pics.

White OZ supers look a little shat though. Need to get it detailed soon aswell.

I'd be surprised if someone doesn't have a go at fixing that though? I guess it depends if the panels are still available?

Shame that.

I have a massive love for old scoob's especially the 3 door range. Surely someone is up for saving it.

I'll find out in about an hour but I guarantee it'll not be scrapped. I've already had 2 people interested in it. I'm sure the vin tag/sheel is worth enough on it's own. It is a 3 door shell afterall. It probably looks a lot worse than it actually is but I doubt the insurance company will get involved once they realise the front wings are about 1k each.

Makes my Frp feel pauper..

Lols! Nice! Expensive car to be blowing up!

Guy looking at it has an RB320 also.

It wasn't. That's why he had it insured for 20k. The recent ones for sale were £24995 iirc. Owners club mostly.

One in Hong Kong was £100,000 a while back.

Aye.

And a replica 22B becomes a real one.

Well with the shell and vin it's still a 22B whether it's restored or not.

You can't really replicate it so to speak. Kinda unique in what it is as most Scoobys are 5 door.

Type R shells are 95% identical to the 22B's. It's just bracing really. They're three-door and in plentiful supply.

Loads of companies make GRP wings for them too. Instant 22B.

Well erm the parts costs....

Front wing Each- £4600

Front Bumper - £2400

Side skirt - £1500

Side Panel - £1200

2x Windows - £1200

£1000+ for the bonnet + vents... Gets a bit ridiculous.

Interesting dude. Makes sense I suppose. I'm not up on my Subarus.

So what's so special about the 22B? Apart from 400 made.
