subframes Please Help

Howdy guys, does anyone know if the clio 172 subframes will fit the megane? Ive bought the seats and i know i can transfer them to the megane subframes. but after finding that the clio drivers seat has a little fuse on the frame. i dont want to cut the wire incase its important. If i can remove that fuse and put it on the meganes frames then even better. As you can see i havent a clue what to do. you guys might know more about this than me so please help

I asked at work and they said its between two things. The air bags on the seats, or for the seat belt warning light? please can someone help me out.

That switch is the seat postion sensor
