Sun Spots..

I've got a couple of really nice shots, but have been slightly ruined by the odd sun spot.

How would I got about removing them? I have absolute zero experience with photoshop or any form of editing software. What you see is what you get with my photos

Also, how easy would it be to remove the clouds?

Piece of pie to remove both. Clone tool and/or spot removal tool.

Is it easy to find out how to do that stuff? As said, literally no idea with PS :S

Get a hood for your lens

and if you havent already .. a polarising filter (CPL)

Bit off topic, but what was the program/tool that removed those things for you? I'm sure I watched a video for it on here, and all you had to do was draw round it and it done the hard part...??
