Super or not

Should i be running my williams on Super UL? i have used it in the past but it doesnt seem to perform as well as if i use normal UL. Is this right?

I get it sometimes but I dont notice any change in the way the car runs or performs so I guess I shouldnt bother really, but it makes you think your cars faster, use it just for the mental edge!

I always use super unleaded on the valver when possible

I filled up on Optimax for the first time this week, cant really say it feels any different but maybe you have to use it for a certain length of time before feeling any difference ?

I have to use it on the Uno as with the extra boost it will predetonate due to the induction heat. Hoping to get a fifth injector set up to help it. You should be fine though if the car is fairly standard.

That is what i was thinking as ive never used more than say £50-60 in say two tanks worth. But it apparently has engine deposit cleaning qualities about it aswell?

There has been an article on Optimax maybe a year back where they tested optimax on 3 different cars and showed before and after affects of the cleaning agent and it did work!! But it was a lengthy trial (a few weeks IIRC)!

They also did a in gear performance test on all 3 cars and they all improved!!

I guess though that although there is an improvement, few would really notice it driving day to day!!
