Hillpower will chip your ECU if you send it off to them...spares ECUs can be had for peanuts at a scrappy if you don't want to be without your car.

wouldn't they need the car as well though? to set it up!

Hillpower can map/setup a car on a rolling road.

They also have a preset maps which just involve soldering a chip onto the ECU board so they don't actually need your car...like superchips but better maps.
