supersprint manifolds

Hello there i currently own a clio 16v with 148bhp.
i was looking into getting a supersprint manifold, at a price of 400 smackers is it worth it?
what powergains will i expect? ? ?


i currently have a full mongoose system inc de cat and a green cotton induction kit

not sure about power gains as i had mine fitted at the same time as a lot of other work...makes a nice sound tho (i got k tec silenced decat and powerflor zorst) and looks better imo....

fair point , i thought there was big gains ??? 5-7 bhp
