Supersprint question

Is a supersprint race system (with no middle silencer) 63 mm much quieter with the original cat (i have the original twin barrel cat with one lambda - 2000 year).

Catalytic converters restrict flow and sound so will quieten an exhaust system.

not really, its a loud b*****d, 101db static! good luck finding one, epic system

nothing like an exhaust system for primetime racing where noise levels do not apply!

i have a chance to get a used one. so fred you say it will be loud enough even with cat.

yup, i run a cat with mine and it was 101db STATIC 3/4revs at bedford

will i notice any difference in performance with my orig. cat (twin-barrel with one lambda sensor)
or performances would be slightly better wit decat pipe?
