suspension advise

my front bumper is bottoming out on the road when cornering hard.also I've noticed the tyres catching on the inner arch area even though the arch liners have been removed.. the car is lowered on eibach springs all round. with what looks like standard shocks.. am I just looking at a new set of front shocks or is this a normal occurrence? the car still handles well, but one shock is making a typical shocker noise on compression..
