Suspension load sensor

  FF RB 182
My dad's just stripped the rear drum brakes down and rebuilt them due to them not have been operating their best. They now work fine, well too fine. When you brake hard, the rear brakes are locking up. He thinks it's something to do with the suspension load sensor, particularly as the car is lowered 35mm on eibach sportlines. It's all seized up, and he can't find my haynes. So does anybody have one they can copy any information about from, or just know anything about them?

You ned to have pressure sensors to test but realy yhave a look at the rear axle ther the sensor on it

He knows where it is, it's all seized up. Just wants to see if there is any info about them in haynes or anything.

Thinking about it, it must have abs to have the load compensator. Ive got a haynes manual and it just shows a pic of it and mentions it can be unhooked from the axle to allow removal of the axle. Doesnt say anything else under the braking or suspension sections.

Not sure why I thought it was a 1.6. It says in the haynes manual in the braking system section that repairs on the load sensor are not possible and if its faulty it needs to be replaced by renault (special tools required to check its operation).
