Suspension lowering kit for my 1.2

whats the best kit, i want solid ride but i want to be able to to ajust the dampers as well as the height can anyone make good suggestion to which suspension

kind regards

Spax do a damper adjustable kit but only front is height adjustabe.
FK doa type 2 (or somehting like that) one with adjuatle dampers and height front and rear but its expensive £700. You don't need adjuable dampers unless you do serious racing IMO. I never adjusted mine realy even on track.
You don't need bodywork till your on big wheels with custom coilovers realy. Biggest thing is scrubbing the arches on the inside they ahve to come out if you go very low.
I'd say stick with 16's (check there the right offset) and get some FK coilovers just the normal ones and then either accept you'll have to remove your internal arches for the full effect and unseal you r arches or adjust the height till it doesn't rub.
