Will 172 cup springs fit a normal 172 ff? If so how are they different?

yes, the cup springs are stiffer

Will do, they are 3mm lower/shorter and will give an ever so slightly firmer ride. They are essentially the same if you are running stock dampers.

Just i'm on lowered suspension at the moe but want to go to normal, so there aint much difference between the 2? Right i'll get finding a set.
