as you all know i have test drove alot of cars and been disappointed by alot of them.

but today i had a go in a 225 5 door lux in petrol blue, and it was FANTASTIC, yes alot more body roll than the clio but wow the torque is immense, putting power down coming out of the roundabout was thrilling, so much differnt to the clio.

now i can do a swap for my clio for a 225 trophy with 20k miles on it and 2 grand my way. what do you guys think? does anyone have an opinion of what the trophy is like to live with? running costs compared t the 200 etc.

also can do a straight swap for a r26 f1 with 20k miles on it which is another option, i would like a black one which i have found online.

SRS thread no idiots please

How much would that be on insurance though? Don't tell me you're gonna spend the 2k you get on insurance!

That's not bad at all then. It depends what you're after, a 200 would be better on track and round corners I'm guessing, but personally I'd love a Meg!

changing because of the power delivery? you'll get used to the power eventually and may possibly regret making the decision of you do. It may be a step up in power, but that reason alone doesnt justify the change imo.

Get the R26- is much better in every way. If you drive an R26 or even a cup packed ph2 meg, you'll see the handling is a lot better than the stock 225.
