Swissvax hoe, Stage 1 done.

There goes a hundred odd quid, although i am a swissvax hoe! Now got Saphir to complete my collection. God it smells good.

Bought the brush and sponge again as they are the best around imo. Prewax cleaner is supreme also. Technically not supposed to be used on DA but i do. Just ensure it you only do a couple of passes. It's not a product you work in.

The geek is bak! Gota few details in the pipeline! Wee preview pic of the vee after it's correction, long way to go tho!

Worth sac all now. So no point in selling. It's never (Touch wood) broke down yet...Not bad for a french shed! Just wish it had 100brake more.

I want the sponge. And the car! Where can I get the sponge?

Edit: found the sponge. Nay bad price from swissvax. How do they compare to a mitt?

I've tried everything from Mitt's, gloves, to MF pads, Zymol Sponges and this is by far the best i've used. Only for body work tho. I'll still use the thin Zymol sponge for arches and wheels. This is purely for bodywork. :) Give it a go! As you said it's not expensive if you don't happen to like it.

So the sponge rag is a good un then Highlander? Might be worth a try for me. Wash mitt is coming to the end of it's life, so another one for the wheels!!

I like it jamie, Whether other folk do....I dunno! Preference i suppose.

Pics. no sure, i've taken loads so far, 50 i think, will do a write up at some point.

Bit worried that i'm going against swissvax. will apply the SCF next then blitz...But really you should go straight from SCF to an LSP!....Hummm...I like my blitz too much to miss it out tbh!

Nay bad! Be interested to see what you think of the Saphir, was tempted with some BOS but I'd gladly save myself 55 quid if the results are just as good!

Best V6 going tbh

Chee-ars! She's a good'un!

It smells so good. BOS was a little too much. I'm getting a sample of the new Chemical guys one soon, so lookin forward to that!. It's a BOS competitor!

Havn't heard about that :S I've used onyx before, smelt proper good, easy on/off too. Tried some zyrnol concours too, was really impressed with that. Shame you can't get panel pots of this stuff!

I think you used to be able to Rich, but no longer. As Ali stated in a recent thread, Swissvax have cut out suppliers, so it is only direct now. Might be worth a contact email to ask.

The other thing to do is do what Christopher and I were thinking of doing; split pot with someone local!

Looking good! But then so it should considering its never on the road! ;)

Never actually used any Swissvax product, might need to order some.. In fact I think I'm gonna crack the PC out next week..

Yes and no. There's 3 types. Normal, medium and heavy. Mines the normal. For hand application. Although i'm going to try on my super soft pad!

Onyx is a nice wax, you just need to re apply more often than others. I do it every 2 weeks

ONYX has been my wax for thr last yr or so! Brilliant wax. As a budget wax, the saphir will be hard pushed to beat it.
