Why ram?

Have you ran memtest from a boot disc? to test the ram?

Are you overclocking?

upgraded any parts recently?

old PSU? not giving enough power?

How random? every hour roughly? just surfing the web or when playing games?

Spec of your PC?

all drivers up to date?

Share the C:\Windows\Minidump\080909-17347-01.dmp file and I'll take a look. It should on;y be 64K so you could attach it.

if you are certain it's RAM, take one module out at a time until it starts to work then you have found your dodgey one.

Replaced RAM with some slightly slower (800mhz) stuff and no problems since.

I don't think my CPU's FSB could support the 1066 RAM, never mind, at least I have a nice stable system now!
