Taking rear seats and seatbelts fail MOT?

I want to take the rear seats out and the rear seatbelts, does this make it an MOT fail?
I read something about having to notify VOSA / DVLA about the change of number of seats. But does that affect the MOT?

Mine sailed through with no rear interior so you will be fine unless they have changed things

Nope will pass fine as long as you do take both out can't have one without the other.
