Taking the front and rear badges off of a mrk2 Clio, help?

Hi,
Im thinking about spraying the front and rear badges (includes the word 'Clio' badge) to a different colour. Does anyone know if they are held on with clips or whether they are held on with some kind of adhesive. And also is there any particular way in which they are removed easily or do I just lever them off?

The front diamond just pulls off, the back one needs taking apart from inside, and the Clio badge is clipped in place.
