Talk Talk or EE Broadband - Anyone use either?

Looking into a new broadband package and Talk Talk or EE are coming out the cheapest. They both offer unlimited usage which is a must however due to my location I know it'll be slow at 1.5mb/sec.

The max I'm looking to spend is £20 per month including line rental which both of the above offer.

So can anyone give any recent input on either? Also will 1.5mb still be good enough to stream BBC iPlayer/ITV Player etc?

My rents have TT and the customer service is non-existant.

EE were rated worst BB supplier last year in some poll apparently.

Haha yeah obviously cheap for a reason! I'be previously used Orange broadband before it turned into EE and had no issues but saying that I never had to contact the customer service dept.

Don't go with TalkTalk. Shocking customer service.. Sky/BT or Plusnet is where i would go

I'm with Sky and have been with Virgin. Both no problems, even when I left Virgin.
