Test drive

What do you reckon the chance is of me getting a 172 for a day as a test drive. i know there is a big difference between my car and a 172 but i just want to see. The test drive would be more off a yer its toness better ill start saving as appose to a yer its tonnes better heres my cash but obviously id be creative at the dealers. I have no idea how they work these test drives you see with insurance and amount of miles and stuff

What do you reckon my cars worth too.

1.6 16v- dymanique-12000 miles-air con-full sunroof and can be returned to standard easily

Im also 19 and my insurance wouldnt cover me for a test drive

um, we wouldnt let our out because we KNOW what people are goint o do and you can basiclly tell a sale from the moment you talk to them. You would have to be very creative and dont mention the test drive, let them tell you about it.

I.e. talk about it but say you dont have time for a test drive, your so busy during the day driving back and forth in your job. See if they will mention it.

And since your 19........i really wouldnt let a car out to a 19yr old......apart from a decided lace of experience......do you know many times we get a dam aged car back......weve had 4 written off.

funny u ask this. i had a 172 a few months back for a 24h test drive. i was 18 at the time and just bullsh*tted them-i asked for it as well and they sed if its on your insurance ok. im with the co-op and it was free for me, any qs on this pm me

BenR would it swing you any though me coming in a new clio or would this put you off? Would i be better going in my mums new corsa?

My clios also argueably only the model down from a 172.

Also i dont think i bring myself to mistreat a car like a 172. i like to think id treatit as my own

tell em you like clios but need something that will be betta for motorway drivin? somethin with a little more power coz you are about to start a new job and need to look good at the car park

Thats how i convinced my parents to let me have a 16.

wen i got the 172, i managed 2 thrash it-im not like every1 cos sum people im sure wud b nice 2 it. but 95 in 3rd gear aint bad! ive got the new megane for 2 days nxt week. but ive only found renault and saab to do 24h damn it. if anyone knows of another company that does it please let me kno

true, i thrash the cars wheni go on a demo (other cars) but because i know what happens and letting an unfamiliar person into a fast car is asking for trouble.

Asi have said, we have had 4 written off, and when we did leave it with them, i cam beack crashed into our demo V6...happy we were no, and it had to go on insurance, big loss for us and they wal away, and in a small mkt, you cant risk that.
