I have a friend of a friend who can get me one of these for my not yet arrived 182

It has the sat nav option, but i wanted to upgrade the cd for when i go to europe, i know its mainly for the netherlands, but does anyone know if these range of discs work in the 182 sat nav, as he may be able to get some more.
Also do you know if htis will work?
