Hi Tim - what are we looking at here? it looks like a clio 1.2 16v lowered with tints and clear clusters. And clear cators.

Sorry for know explanation, the theme of the other thread, was how small things change cars, and to me it didnt look that low, so I tweaked it in photoshop, and de locked it, and made the wheels about 16", small things can make the car look different
