Ok so whats this all about - i cant beat em! no matter what i do - im at the mission where you use your commando, some shock troopers and a couple of rocket troopers to scout the area and then take back the GDi base - within minuites the Scrin are abosoultely kicking my asss no matter what base defenses i put up - ive even tried putting together 16 orcas and bombing the s**t outa them but to no avail - any tips peeps?

The hardest bit I had on that was defending the GDI base in the lower left corner as soon as I captured it. That should be your immediate goal. I found that the Scrin used air attacks a lot more than ground units. Once I had the GDI, I just blitzed the area with AA turrets.

You have to keep an eye on them though and repair them regularly. If they break that line of AA defence, they are really difficult (imo) to throw back.

i found what you need to do, is literally get an engineer and take over the top left hand corner base...then build all your new technology in your original b=nod base....then make sure you have a orca facility and get the engineers over to the other base with the pickup and transport facility, it's a hard mission for sure. took me ages.

god damn it - well ill try again tonight - loads of AA guns sound goon - those planaetary battleship thingies of theirs are evil!!!! Just need lots of air support - im thinking as many orcas as i can get my hands on and Uber anounts of AA and Base defenses - mainly Gauss Turrets as they anihilate the scrin - love the game though
