The new CCR exhaust! wooeii

Right went down to Chrome Custom Racing yesterday to have a new exhaust system fitted, after my OE one decided to completely snap in two.

Was good service and very pleased with the attitude of the guys there, let you choose exactly what you want, and its lifetime warrantied. He also said they will offer all CS members 10% discount. Apparently he knows Nick Hill too (Hillpower) and he makes all Hillpowers exhaust systems.

Sounds pretty awesome, and it even popped yesterday. Just might have the sound altered slightly as i need to make it less droney at about 2.5k rpm. Its nice and quiet at 80mph though in 5th so motorway is no problem. When booting it though it really comes to life

Just need to get the sound tweaked, and take it back next week with a 182 exhaust rubber to get it looking more finished, also needs bumper cutting away a little more to stop it burning everything and perhaps a stiffer rubber to stop it bouncing quite so much. But Im liking the loud pedal now

Not far at all from us Clart. Basically just drive towards the Ropewalk shopping centre, but take a left at the roundabout before, go down that road over 2 speed bumps, under the bridge and first right.

I'd like to get it RR'd sometime soon, as it seems to pick-up a lot lot better than it used to prior to the exhaust and filter. Hits the limiter a lot quicker me thinks.
