Thing is though, once its gone its gone, I think it makes sense to only sell that if she HAS to sell it, where as all joking aside she can buy and sell 182s all day long no drama so if it gets her a couple of months breathing space its worth doing.

Agreed, but if she turns out not to need that equity she will really regret selling it, so no point panicking and selling it at the first sign of trouble.
