Thinking of buying a 172

I am looking at buying this 172 dose anybody know anything about this car or has anybody on here owned it? It currently has 89000 miles on clock

What does it say in the advert, if anything? I'd be looking for evidence of when the cambelt and auxillary belts were last done (and by whom) for starters.
