Thinking of cancelling my Vodafone contact

Called them up to cancel my contract and apparently I have to write to them so they said the address is on the back of my bill.

Can't find any old bills so can anyone help please?

they aren't really supposed to put up barriers when you try and cancel, and they can yake a verbal cancellation over the phone but dont so they get an extra month out of you.

Ye vodafone pissed me off with this 'write a letter' s**t.. its 2008 who the f**k does that anymore ?

Every other company i've been with would take a verbal cancelation over the phone

Just cancel your direct debit with them. You've told them you want to cancel. That should be good enough imo.
