Thinking of getting an interior valet

  320d
As above, my doorcards and seats are starting to look a little dirty due to them being grey and blue its pretty visible. What they need is a shampoo and there are several companies that do it, best i have seen so far is £35 and promises to restore it to factory condition depending on age, mines only 3 years so should come up well.

What do u think? Good idea? anyone had it done?

Get it done dude.

£35 is a good price providing they are intelligent enough to carry out a decent job.

I do it to my own car and to do it properly takes two days. f**k that for £35!!

When I do mine, i mix some interior cleaner with water (about 60 parts chemical to 40 parts water) and proper foam it up. Get it so there is so much foam you could drown.

Then using a old cloth, smother all the interior with the foam. Then use a water spray (little hand held one) and spray all the seats so they get a little more damp.

Leave for about 2-3 minutes (don't let is soak in or it will take forever to dry) and vaccum it all using a Vax.

Personall, i'd pay the £35.

I'd pay the monies too, if they fook it up they'll (hopefully) be insurd so you'd get new stuff (or someone else would clean it for you)
