this permaguard treatment..?

  An orange one
is there a national list of dealers? how long do they need your car..and do they PC out all the swirls first??

also..how much for a clio?

Dunno about list of dealers, had mine done in london.

Takes 4-5 hrs. They take out the swirls first.

Costs £140 + VAT. They also charge £20-£60 + VAT to prepair the paintwork i.e. take out the swirls, mine was £20 cos i only had some on the bonnet.

Give them a ring they're really nice blokes.

They won't be able to take out the swirls in 4-5 hours, nor for £20-£60

The permaguard has a filling effect on the paintwork. Be very dubious of anyone who charges £20 to remove swirls!!!

I asked the same question re the paintwork correction, was there a machine polish to remove the swirls but never got a reply.

Yep seems good at the moment, only time will tell though i guess.

Washing the car is a piece of piss, the water and dirt just doesn't stick to the car.

If all you are after is ease of washing then any sealant/ wax combo does that providing the paint underneath is in good condition...

I have seen a few permaguarded cars and they did have a nice gloss but the depth of the paint wasn't amazing IMO.
