A AnyOldName Car Clio 182 May 22, 2007 #2 Dunno about list of dealers, had mine done in london. Takes 4-5 hrs. They take out the swirls first. Costs £140 + VAT. They also charge £20-£60 + VAT to prepair the paintwork i.e. take out the swirls, mine was £20 cos i only had some on the bonnet. http://www.permagard.info Give them a ring they're really nice blokes.

Brazo May 22, 2007 #3 They won't be able to take out the swirls in 4-5 hours, nor for £20-£60 The permaguard has a filling effect on the paintwork. Be very dubious of anyone who charges £20 to remove swirls!!!

Rich Car 106 GTi May 22, 2007 #4 I asked the same question re the paintwork correction, was there a machine polish to remove the swirls but never got a reply.

B Brand86 Car Mito Sportiva 135 May 23, 2007 #8 If all you are after is ease of washing then any sealant/ wax combo does that providing the paint underneath is in good condition... I have seen a few permaguarded cars and they did have a nice gloss but the depth of the paint wasn't amazing IMO.
