Thoughts on price

Hi I’ve got a BG 182 FF with both cup packs and thinking of selling soon. 70k on it possibly a tiny bit more. 1 previous owner. I’ve had it about 12 years ish possibly longer, always serviced by the same Renault specialist garage so continuous record available and fully kept care of. Completely standard apart from scorpion exhaust. Any thoughts on guide price?
