Throttle and traction control

On an clio mk2 172. Is it possible to improve the stock throttle body or changing it to a ITB but without loosing the traction control?

yes it is, but why would you NOT want to loose the traction control? its rubbish!

you can alter the speed of operation in the map (i believe) or you can use a sprint booster, but i don't know how good they are

I checked it out, seems really cool. But it is would be very hard for me to get it here in Argentina. And the ITB temptation is still within me.
