Throttle body problem/noise? Video

  Clio 1.4 Dynamique S
I have a problem with my clio - Basically what happens is I start the car and it starts fine, pulls away fine, I then get up to about 30mph then approach a junction, start to break and when i put the clutch down the revs drop and stall completly. If I sit in the drive for 5 minutes and let the car warm up it wont do it, or the revs will drop to about 500 and then the car will revs itself back up to stop the stalling. This only happens when its cold

It also has a bouncy idle and sounds like it wants to stall when its WARM.

My throttle body is making a noise like there is a loose connection, this noise never stops (I been reading some people saying it goes after 30 seconds etc)

Anyway, here is the video. Any thoughts?

Also, its a MK3 Clio, 2007, 1.4 Dynamique S petrol
