Thumb grips

Iv been looking about and trying to see if you can replace the Thumb grips on the 172 cup steering wheels as 1 of mine has gone pretty bad but cant seem to find out if you can get new ones anyone know??

As far as I am aware KTEC have stopped making them for a small amount of time ... might be wrong but I tried calling last month
