lol, good luck to u hope u get the right buyer, but in my experience, you'll end up splitting what u can and selling it as standard as poss. I know if i put mine up for sale i'd only sell it for 4.5 grand cos thats all its worth despite what i've spent on it, which is sods law i'm afraid
