timing issue

just built a megan botom end and a 1.816v head hybrid,
started first time but it seems as if the timming is out its unresponsive and very loud, is it easy to time the engine in place can anyone recomend a mobile mechanic that would do it ? and how much wil it cost roughly cheers

it easy just pay the most money ever for a garage to do it and ruin your car for a laugh

SOunds like someoen massivly messed up the timing get it checked at a garage.
