Nah, it aint that big of a difference...

I think mine are 5.something% bigger (195/50/15).. hehe, made a bit of difference.

Diameter makes a huge difference, I have learnt to my cost! Increasing the diameter effectively changes the cars gearing. Think of it on a bike if you use a bigger cog on the drivetrain it becomes harder to pedal, so imagine how that could work on a car!!!
