regarding yesterdays post, thought i would ask again just to be sure, i understand after an engine conversion you just send off your v5 and then get it back with the new ccs on, simple as? ?

I think I remember reading on the new style V5 that if you change from a higher CC to lower you need to provide proof, I guess for tax reasons.
