They dont cost much.
Exactly. Mine were something like £12 from eBay.
Foolish to run without them I think.
just get them fitted!!
costs circa £10 as said!
you'll get wheel balance like issues at speed, e.g vibration! which is never a good thing!
The spigot ring isnt there to take the load though^!!
all about the risk your willing to take. when the risk involves spending a tenner, its not worth it imo.
Just f**king buy some
i would just get some tbh. its £10 or so. not worth the risk. if you have to ask the question, there is obviously some concern there.
f**k sake! Im not saying they wont be fitted but the only thing people say the problem is, is with vibration.
Have, stop being a tight c**t.
The issue isn't about me buying them (as they are already on the way).. it was a genuine question and no real scientific explanation has been given other than "f**king buy some" (not aimed at you!)
You need to run them to ensure correct wheel location in relation to the hub and they do have a load bearing role - end of.
Cheers

The weight of the car sits on the spigot of the hub not the wheel bolts when fitted with standard wheels or wheels with the correct centre bore. The bolts are there to hold the wheel on, not hold the weight of the car as well.i can't see how they would be load bearing? unless your wheel nuts were loose
