Tom Tom installation - External Ariel

I've never had a problem with my Tom Tom, usually get full signal, no problem with connecting.

Theres no need for an external aerial at all.

i need one on my tomtom v2, i just lay it in the coin slot on the top of the dash, which works just fine.

hth

I ran my external aerial from the top corner of the windscreen by opening the door and running the wire down the rubber seal then pushed in behind the dash up and along to the centre windscreen vent then plugged in..... when leaving the car i just removed the arial and let it dangle on the floor so nothing was left showing.
