No once myn broke an I put the foot down, it vibrated like mad. Turned out engine mount was broke. Another time there was weird noise when eg taking off, or changing gear, this turned out to be a “loose” engine mount. Sounds like yours is broke, I think myn was 70-80 quid from Renault, but no 100% as my mechanic ordered it. Get sum1 to check it out, I drove around for quite a while with broken engine mount,. Prob not a good idea lol.
