anyone know anythin bout them? bought mine a few weeks ago, an tried installin the cd that comes with it, now all it does when i turn it on is have a x in a circle that flashes.

do a hard reset, hold down the reset button for around 7 seconds. Tiny little grey button.

I also found the software on the cd didnt connect to the server at tom tom correctly after talking to the tech help
I downloaded the latest software free off thier web site not using the cd at all
Works great now

Ive got one, magic when they work, performs basic functions well but its a nightmare installing things on it, plus after 3 months it told me my 1 years free subscription to traffic updates has expired, couldnt get my free camera database to work so paid at that pocket gps world for them and took 3 weeks to get it installed right.
