Took dash out and now the car won't start

Hi all I have tyred to fit a new dash board. I've made sure everything is plugged in but turned the ignition on it all lights up but my hazards central locking lights wipers won't work and won't start fuel pump primes but cuts out when I try to start it. Any ideas I also tyred the ignition with out all the earths were on.

I'm stuck with out a car please help lol

Have you plugged the uch in!?

or disconected the uch with the battery still connected?

Not sure what that is mate.

black type box that sits on or next to the fuse box ( passenger side of dash ) should have the loom running to it

No I didn't have to touch that taking the dash out. How much Is a new 1 and reprogramming it

i wouldnt jump to finding out a replacement yet. make sure every wire is connected properly.

all earths ect.

Did you just the take top dash off or the complete dash ??

I have taken the hole lot out mate I have 1 plug that's 20mm square but not sure where it goes

So you removed the big massive plasic dash section?

If so then when removing the 3 bolts on the top/back under the windscreen you will have undone the earths.

Make sure in the middle/left/right where the main dash screws to the main dash beam that these have earths connected.

I did have all the earths connected but still nothing. What can I do

Check the uch in the passenger footwell for all three plugs in it !!!

It's a plastic box

I bet it's a fuse if the uch is plugged in ok.

Thanks for all your help it turned out to be a 5amp fuse and a 15 amp under the bonnet that was missing dunno how or why but It all sorted now thanks
