Not so long back the headgasket went on my clio, being quoted £500 at most places, I resigned myself to selling the car.
I put it for sale on ebay when my mom found someone who would fix it cheap for me as he was just starting a new business
I asked him how much for it and he came round and quoted me £220 and he picked the car up.
Later that day i got a phone call, he phoned me to say my cambelt was about to snap and he could change it for £25(cost of the parts). Of course i had it done.
Got the car back yesterday he has also changed my oil sensor which had broken.
All in all i was charged £250 for him picking the car up dropping it off the headgasket cambelt and an oil sensor. Im well chuffed with it and if anyone would like his number let me know he is a top top bloke .
