Top mount bearing

Tried a search but couldn't find an answer, I'm assembling my cup shocks and don't trust the way round the bearing is inserted into the rubber mount.

Can someone confirm it's orientation?
 
It's this way isn't it?

Thanks, it was the orientation of the bearing itself I was meaning but found a pic.
