Torque setting for wishbone bolts?

Tried searching the forum and it directs me to a guide by fastchip "f4r_730 workshop manual", but when I click on the link it ain't there? Anyone got a new link or know the figure?

Also is there a guide to changing wishbone bushes on here cause I can't see one! I'll be able to do it without one but would obv helps loads if there's any problems I need to know about before hand!

Burn rubber out, cut sleeve, press new sleeve in and tack it to the wishbone. Copper grease the polybushes and assemble.

I had an issue pressing the new sleeves of my Powerflex kit in, but a bit of time and care saw me right in the end.
