Torque settings query

Hello fellow Cliosport owners. My other half is doing some work on our 197 and wonders if any of you lovely people can advise on the torque setting for the tie rods that go onto the steering rack and whether it is advisible to use threadlock as well?

It's 50Nm on the Mk2 so it's probably not far off or the same for the Mk3.

Shouldn't need threadlock.

Torque tighten the axial ball joint (80 N.m ) ,no mention of thread lock.
