I got my valver lowered a couple of months back and the place that did say its as low as it can go on the back. I was four up on sat and it didnt scrub once so it obviously can go lower as im normaly only 2 up. When you lower a torsion bar whats the measurment it is in? Is it Clicks and what does one click ammount too?

each clcik is about 30mm,l as a rule you can only usually go as 60mm, before you start having probs carrying people

Got mine done at BB Tuning, they lowered it 1 click then asked me what I thought. I asked them to try another one to see how it looked.

They then did it another click but it was REALLY low and I didnt want that as the wheels probably wouldnt turn!

Shame there was no in between, 17s make it hard for a car to be lowered, my old one on 15s is lowered the same but is nearly on the deck!

i meassure the suspension arm distance and use the splines to check ive lowered the amount i want and to find where the torsion bar fits in.it only fits in properley in one place.eg-lowered by 20mm the torsion bar needs turning(from its original position) clockwise 8 splines to find its correct fitting position.

manual doesnt state which direction but i always count clockwise and the fitting point and the number of splines on my chart always match up.
